Took our 2010 Prius in for an oil change and it ended up needing rear brakes and two rear tires. Alex and the team were really helpful and went the extra mile to explain what the car needed and why. The digital inspection had photos of everything, so I could see the worn tires and brakes for myself instead of just taking someone's word for it. They gave me options at different price points and were clear about what needed attention now versus what could wait, which made it easy to make a decision. Quality Car Care has great customer service. They offered options to fix my car, not a one & done my way approach. They were polite, respectful and flexible. I can't say enough great things about this place and Alex! They provide amazing service, even cookies on holidays, SHUTTLE SERVICE... Yes, you read right, they dropped me off at home and will pick you up as well as long as it's scheduled! 📅 I had my car towed there recently on the weekend, made an appointment online and let them know I had my car towed there- I made sure to apologize, as I had no idea what appointments they had at that moment. Alex told me to never apologize for that and I didn the right thing by mentioning it on the online appointment notes before Monday when they opened. They always take great care and they are very honest, as they know we don't have a lot of money to spare and can't afford things that aren't important to to the main problems. They will never scare you into fixes, they just let you know what you need and give a very detailed report as to what you could get worked on in the future and existing issues to keep an eye on!
